With all these Jars, there is a great deal of flexibility to ferment almost anything!

These Jars are perfect for but not limited to: Granola, Sauerkraut & Kimchi, Green Beans, Asparagus, Carrot Sticks, Grated Beets, Hot Peppers, Preserved Lemons, Kefir for a larger family, Beet Kvass, Dosa, Shredded Onions, Spiraled Daikon Radishes, Berry Syrup, Mixed Vegetables, Hot Peppers, Onions, and larger batches of anything that pickles/ferments well in a smaller size Jar, including harvest-to-harvest fermenting of preservation crops such as Dill Pickles, Sauerkraut, and Kimchi!

It creates delicious probiotic food in as little as a week (see recipes for specific time frames).

Step #1 Prepare the vegetables (peel, slice, dice) and put in the Jar
Step #2 Mix and add the brine, and place the Brine Bowl
Step #3 Lock the Lid, add water to the Airlock, and twist into place
