12 Complete 0.75L Jar Systems
This case contains 12 Probiotic Jar Systems, each with a capacity of 0.75 liters. Accessories are consolidated within one or more jars to reduce packing costs.
Each complete fermentation system holds about three cups and creates delicious probiotic food in as little as a week.
Step #1 Prepare the vegetables (peel, slice, dice) and put in the Jar
Step #2 Mix and add the brine, and place the Brine Bowl
Step #3 Lock the Lid, add water to the Airlock, and twist into place

Suggested Uses
The .75 Liter Probiotic Jar System is perfect for but not limited to: Chutney, Grated Beets, Carrots, Kohlrabi, Leeks, Jerusalem Artichokes, Garlic, Horseradish, Fresh Herbs, Grape Leaves, Radishes, Kefir, small batch of Dosa, leftover quantities from large batches of ferments if the whole batch didn’t fit in a larger Jar, larger batch of Mayo, Sourdough storage.
