This Lid Kit is designed exclusively for genuine Bormioli Rocco Fido jars, sizes 500 mL through 5 L. It replaces the original Fido lid.

Other brands are not compatible, even if they appear identical. Please verify your jar's brand and size before ordering.

This lid kit turns your Fido Jar into a Probiotic Jar System and creates delicious probiotic food in as little as a week (see recipes for specific time frames).

Step #1 Prepare the vegetables (peel, slice, dice) and put in the Jar
Step #2 Mix and add the brine, and place the Brine Bowl
Step #3 Lock the Lid, add water to the Airlock, and twist into place
