Excellent Replacement Brine Bowl

The Brine Bowl is truly WONDERFUL!!
Thank you for this super brine bowl. The shape is perfect for fermenting the item with bits & pieces....like sauerkraut, grated daikon/carrot/ginger/garlic mixed chimi, grated spicy beets. It holds the product in such a way as to generally eliminate the floaters. Sometimes the airlock drips into the fermentation jar, but with the Brine Bowl the drip does not touch the food being fermented. I am so happy you created the Brine Bowl & I urge everyone to give it a test ......you'll love it , too!!

Brine Bowl
We like using the brine bowls to keep the contents of the Probiotic Jar from plugging up the vent.
